Quito, February 24, 2025 – Grupo Financiero Atlántida and Talanx A.G. have signed a purchase/sale agreement for HDI-Seguros S.A. (formerly Liberty Seguros Ecuador).
This agreement includes the acquisition of 100% of the shares of HDI-Seguros S.A. Ecuador by Grupo Financiero Atlántida, subject to the approval of Ecuadorian authorities and regulatory entities.
With this new acquisition, Grupo Financiero Atlántida strengthens its investment portfolio, which began in 2020 and includes other entities in the Ecuadorian financial market. It continues to mark milestones in the local financial industry, significantly contributing to the country’s economy, its clients, and the public at large.
