San Salvador, January 30th, 2020. - Atlántida Vida,
member of the Atlántida Financial Investments conglomerate, opens its doors to all Salvadorans who are looking for an ally in the insurance sector, offering a portfolio of individual policies (term life, medical expenses and personal accidents) and collective policies (life, health, debt balance, disability and survival) with special and competitive conditions in the local market.
After initiating its authorization process in May 2019, in December of that same year, Atlántida Vida obtained from the Superintendence of Financial System and the Superintendence of Competition, the guarantee to begin operations.
Atlántida Vida, was born with an A risk rating and a stable outlook, accredited by the rating agencies: Zumma Ratings and SC Risks, as a result of the strengthening of the financial footprint that Atlántida financial conglomerate has built in El Salvador. The conglomerate consists of the following companies: AFP Confía; Banco Atlántida El Salvador S.A.; Atlántida Securities, home of stockbrokers; Atlántida Capital S.A., investment fund manager; and now Atlántida Vida in people insurance. All these companies have the support and strength that allows them to provide integral financial solutions to their customers.
The Atlántida Vida customer service model will integrate elements that will guarantee an effective and real-time interaction through a medical app and an interactive website, as well as personalized advice and service.
