The renowned banking institution leads the main rankings of the survey conducted by Tecoloco evaluating the companies´performance in 2021

Once again, Banco Atlántida becomes a reference in Honduras by being recognized as the number one company in the most attractive employers´ categories to work for: Top 50 (rising to the first position), as well as the categories Banking and Finance and Regional Companies in which the Bank maintained the first place of recognition published by the regional employment exchange, Tecoloco. For more than 15 years EMAT has been one of the most recognized surveys in the region, introducing the most engaging companies to work in Central America, providing first hand opinions of each country's workforce.

Currently, 2320 employees are part of the Bank in Honduras, which also benefits hundreds of people with indirect employment, through outsourced companies. The Corporate Vice President of Human Resources, Gabriel Delgado, shares "The acknowledgement as the Most Attractive Employers demonstrates that we´re heading on the right track, fostering a work environment where we value our employees, so that they have all the motivation to provide a high-quality experience to our customers."
