Grupo Financiero Atlántida companies are recognized among the Most Attractive Entreprises to Work For (EMAT) in Honduras and El Salvador

Banco Atlántida, AFP Atlántida, and Seguros Atlántida are ranked in the Top 50 of the most attractive companies to work for in Honduras. While in El Salvador, AFP Confía is ranked in the Top 25

Once again, Grupo Financiero Atlántida companies stand out in the Top 50 rankings for the most attractive companies to work for in Honduras and El Salvador. This achievement is the result of a strategic vision focused on offering employees growth opportunities and competitive benefits within a value driven culture.

EMAT, an initiative by Tecoloco a job placement agency, is a perception study that presents rankings for the best companies to work for in different countries of the Central American region. The workforce in each country evaluates factors such as salary, culture, benefits, growth opportunities, leadership, among others.

In Honduras, Banco Atlántida maintains the top position, leading the overall Top 50 ranking for third consecutive year, as well as the Banking and Finance, Regional Companies, and Management Ranking categories. This recognition highlights the institution's longstanding commitment to its employees, whose daily efforts have shaped Banco Atlántida as a leading financial institution.

AFP Atlántida is the number 1 company in the Service Sector and is ranked in the Top 10 overall and Top 25 in the Management Sector. Since its beginnings, AFP Atlántida has demonstrated its commitment to contributing to the economic progress of Honduras by supporting retirement security and the well-being of its employees and their families, being the first company of its kind authorized by the Honduran government to operate in the private retirement market.

In addition, Seguros Atlántida was ranked in the Top 5 among insurance companies and in the Top 50 overall. This recognition reflects its focus on strategies that continuously adapt to the demands of the insurance market in Honduras.

In El Salvador, Grupo Financiero Atlántida also stood out with its pension fund administrator, Confía, which ranked in the Top 5 for Local Companies and Banking and Finance, and in the Top 25 in the General and Management rankings.
